Lunch will be included for you and three associates. Your company can have a display in the meal area. a representative from your company can have up to five (5) minutes between announcements and the lecture to speak about your product(s) or services. you may choose to present a short powerpoint or movie, or you may simply greet the crowd. you may create centerpieces, leave information at the tables or on the seats, or have a raffle. you will be recognized and thanked by an aia board member during the announcements. the month will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
