This course is open to all Architects, Designers, and Allied Trades interested in integrating carbon reduction design strategies into their practice and process with only a basic knowledge of the Revit modeling software required. This course will also include presentations from local representatives of the Knoxville Utilities Board, The Tennessee Valley authority, Sierra Pacific, and the City of Knoxville’s Department of Sustainability on how their organization works towards energy efficiency and carbon reduction in the built environment and how designers can integrate these resources and opportunities in their projects.
