For one year this partner will host the AIA East Tennessee office. The chapter’s Executive will work out of your office. AIA East Tennessee will hold monthly board and committee meetings in your space guaranteeing continuous exposure and interaction with prominent design professionals from our region. AIA East Tennessee will provide its own computer, phone, software, and office supplies. The Host will furnish a workstation, conference rooms, internet access, and pay all overhead such as rent and utilities. The office must be in Knox County, Tennessee. This will be an auction process. As bids are submitted, all bidders will be notified so that they may decide whether to raise their own bid or not. Bids will be received between November 1st and the 27th. The winner will be notified by December 18th and the move will occur during the first two weeks of January.
You will receive the social benefits of a standard AIA East Tennessee Member. As an Allied Member, you are eligible to serve on the board of directors (two allied positions available) and on one of the many AIA committees/subcommittees, where you will work with our members on a social level. You can attend any AIA sponsored event or chapter lunch for the same cost as a standard member. You can play in the AIA volleyball league, your name will be displayed on the AIA East Tennessee website.
Your company sponsors one of our 9 monthly Design Feed luncheons. Lunch is included for you and two associates. You may have a display at the luncheon registration area. A representative from your company can have up to five (5) minutes at the beginning to speak about your company and its services. You may choose to present a visual presentation or just greet the group. You may choose to leave handouts or have a raffle. You will be recognized and thanked by an AIA East Tennessee board member from the podium. Selection of the month is on a first-come, first served basis. Commitment date in order to be on the printed poster series is October 27, 2019.
NEW OPPORTUNITY IN TRI-CITIES! Your company sponsors one of our 4 design-oriented programs for the Tri-Cities area. You may bring a display, put information on the table and showcase your products in the banquet room. You may give a brief, 5 minute presentation before the speaker. Lunch is included for you and two associates. Selection of the month is on a first-come, first served basis. Commitment date in order to be on the printed poster series is October 27, 2019.
NEW OPPORTUNITY IN TRI-CITIES! Your company sponsors one of our 7 monthly Lunch & Learns North. Your company will present a 1 Hour AIA Accredited program to the membership in northeast Tennessee. If you have a great program that isn’t already accredited, AIA East Tennessee can assist you with accrediting it. Lunch is included for you and two associates. You may bring a display, put information on the table and showcase your products in the banquet room. Selection of the month is on a first-come, first served basis. A fun firm bowling competition held at Maple Hall once a year. Each 2-person sponsoring team will be randomly partnered with a 4-person architectural team to compete in a one-night mini tournament. Trophies for best and worst teams will be presented; bragging rights are on the line! Casual, fun event to mingle with architects in an after hours setting.
Be a Presenting Sponsor for the entire month of activities. Your company’s logo will appear on all KBD promotional graphics leading up to and throughout the month – including the website and printed materials. You will receive ten tickets to the Modernism Home Tour and two tickets to the Design Awards Gala and recognition at every opportunity. Attend all events this month to maximize your exposure with the chapter.

One of the most coveted events of the year! Be the Presenting Sponsor for AIA East Tennessee’s premier event of the year. You will host the famed After Party, your logo will appear on all printed materials, and you receive eight (6) tickets to the event.
Sponsor the Beverage Bar, Food Bar, Venue, Gold Medal video, or Awards. Your company’s logo will appear on all printed material, your logo will be displayed in the area you sponsored, and you will receive four (4) tickets.

With as many as 20 teams and an average of 100 people on-site per evening during the summer, your company will have a guaranteed audience. The tournament is played on a Saturday in early August with a majority of the attendance in the morning. You may sponsor one of four following: Beverages (coffee, water, sports drinks), Snacks (breakfast items, energy snacks), Tents, or Trophies.
Be the Presenting Sponsor for AIA East Tennessee’s longest running event. Your company logo will appear prominently at the tournament, in promotional e-mails, and in the printed brochure (if received by August 1st, 2020). You will also receive one (1) team in the event.

Sponsor a hole at the tournament. Your company logo will appear on at one hole on the course, mentioned in promotional e-mails and in the printed brochure (if received by August 1st, 2019).
Sponsor one of the many door prizes given away at the tournament. You may specify a beverage prize, a food prize or a golf prize. Your company’s name will be placed on the prize table, mentioned in promotional e-mails and printed materials (if received by August 1st, 2020).
