DESCRIPTION:Tri-Cities Tech Session – April 2025 w/ David Headrick\n                            Register here for the April 2025 Tri-Cities Tech Session. \n\nSurveying and Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) are integral to post-disaster assessment and resilience planning. After Hurrican Helene\, large areas were devastated and are still being built back today. Assessing damage and building back the infrastructure requires surveying and SUE. Resilience planning requires understanding exposure\, assessing vulnerability\, and investigating mitigation options. Surveying and SUE provide the backbone of the data used in this process.
